Return & refunds
Couture De Malaika is a startup, and at this time, we do not offer return for reasons other than defects or sizing issues. Such item would be exchanged.
Exchange
Exchange will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- There is a sizing issue with the item.
Change of mind or dislike of the item are not acceptable reasons for exchange . We consider all purchases final.
To be eligible for a exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a exchange, please contact our customer service team at couturedemalaika@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Once the exchange is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval and dispatch of the exchange.
Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or sizing issue caused by our end.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
